Job Description

Working on rotation across the team over a two year period, the Marketing Graduate will experience all aspects of the marketing mix including Brand & Campaigns, Communications (PR, social media, events & content), Digital marketing, Operations & Effectiveness. They’ll support the team day to day, and will also lead projects across the team with the Head of Marketing. There’s further opportunity for graduates to expand their skills with additional rotations in Digital and Products if desired.

• Full marketing mix experience - interaction and rotation across the whole team and wider commercial office
• Leadership of team-wide projects, sponsored & mentored by the Group Head of Marketing
• Formal qualifications if relevant
• Team days for social and professional team building

What we are looking for:

• Graduated in 2023 or in 2024
• We’re looking for someone who has a balance of creativity and analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You’ll be highly organised with strong attention to detail and you’ll enjoy working across different activities at the same time.
• You’ll enjoy a fast pace and you can think on your feet. You’ll be an excellent problem solver.
• You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with others and you’ll highly motivated and passionate about all things marketing.
• You can think big picture but you’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
